MEAL PREPARATION
We are what we eat, while it has been demonstrated that the gut is the second brain of our bodies.
Our state of mind, our emotions, our entire life depends on what we eat, yet we pay little attention to what we ingest simply because our time has become impacted. Instead of taking the time to prep and eat healthier, we end up buying “fast, easy, processed foods” straight out of a box, because it saves us “time”.
The result?
A poorly nourished body, foggy, unfocused mind, sluggish metabolism, and feeling less than fantastic. But we deserve to feel great!
So how do we incorporate healthy, yummy recipes, while adding better, more nutritious, and healthier ingredients to our meals in order to nourish and fulfill our bodies and minds?
No time to make healthy dinners? Think again. It’s easier than you think! Even if you have kids, a full-time job or two, and other commitments.

Sample Menu (one day)
Breakfast: Smoothie bowl (prep time = 10 mins)
Lunch: Mixed Salad with added Protein (prep time = 10-15 mins)
Dinner: Meat Patties with roasted Sweet Potato Fries (prep time = 15-25 mins)
