What is this program about?
There are a number of different benefits that your body can experience from performing fertility yoga. By performing these poses, you help to increase the energy flow through your body which improves the function of the endocrine and reproductive system. Fertility yoga helps the body to maintain homeostasis (balance), which is essential for the body to operate properly and at it’s finest.
Fertility yoga provides many benefits to your health when you are preparing for conception (from babies to projects so don’t think this is just for procreating). Some of these benefits are:
Helps “reset” your endocrine system; aiding in hormonal balance.
May help to clear adhesions and blockages in the reproductive areas.
Increases circulation to the reproductive system.
Supports a healthy immune system and the body in detoxifying.
Brings peace and vitality to your conception journey.

Yoga is an ideal exercise before pregnancy. It builds strength, balance, endurance, and muscle tone, and it helps to relax you — all things that will help your conception efforts.
